Alleson Athletic was founded in 1933 (during the Great Depression) in Rochester, New York. The company was started by Abe Levine, an immigrant cap maker, and his son, William. Nestled in the basement of a downtown warehouse, the two pioneers started sewing men's caps and apparel with the goal of earning enough money to get by. They had no idea where their venture would lead.
Today, Alleson Athletic is the largest manufacturer of in-stock uniforms and the preeminent manufacturer of sublimated garments. With two plants and three distribution warehouses, the company is able to service the world with top-quality game uniforms and practice wear. Still a family-owned and managed business, we are committed to supplying quality products with the value, performance, and service you've grown to expect from Alleson Athletic.
The company operates under four divisions, including Alleson Athletic, Alleson Cheerleading, CHROMAGEAR and Warrior/Brine team apparel. Products for youth and adult athletes, at any level, can be purchased through qualified dealers throughout the United States and Canada.
